RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS FOR ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your 50% deposit. At your request, we will hold a reservation for 14 days, while we send a reservation agreement and await the return of your deposit. We will mail a confirmation letter along with a bill for the balance of your trip. The balance is due four weeks prior to your arrival at Jesse’s.

Because we customize these packages for individual guests, we are significantly affected by cancellations. Cancellations made 30 days prior to your arrival are transferable to other dates. Within 30 days, the trip is only transferable if the original dates can be rebooked. We cannot refund money for early departures or a change in the size of your party. Likewise, changes, which affect staffing, such as the number of guests fishing, golfing, etc., cannot be made within two weeks of your arrival date.

It is very difficult to predict weather along Alabama’s coast. We have no control over weather conditions. If your trip must be cancelled due to weather, a credit is given for a future trip. Refunds are not granted for weather cancellations.

Arrival for all-inclusive packages is 5:00 PM. We request a credit card when you check in. To prepare for incoming guests, we ask that you check out by 2:00 PM on the day of your departure.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS FOR FISHING CHARTERS

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders, cashier’s checks and traveler’s checks. The balance of your trip is due at the time of departure; otherwise the deposit is forfeited. We accept cancellations up to two weeks in advance of the departure date with a full refund. Within two weeks of the departure date, we can only refund the deposit if the trip can be rebooked. We can also reschedule your trip for future dates.

Because the weather can change rather quickly in this area, no cancellations due to weather will be made prior to the morning of departure. If the captain determines that the trip must be cancelled due to inclement weather, and the trip cannot be reschedule, a full refund of the deposit will be given.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS FOR LODGING ONLY RENTALS

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your $400 deposit. At your request, we will hold a reservation for 14 days, while we send a reservation agreement and await the return of your deposit. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we will require a 30-day notice in order to refund your deposit. There will be a $25.00 administrative charge for cancellations or changes made to your reservation. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, we can only refund your deposit if we are able to re-rent the lodge. The rental amount is to be paid upon arrival. No adjustments can be made to your rental amount for late arrivals or early departures. Your security deposit converts to a damage deposit upon your arrival. Your deposit will be refunded after housekeeping has determined that the lodge was left in good order. Check in time is at 3:00 PM, and check out time is at 10:00 AM.
